This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on biazsbestseller.com and fulfilled by GRAVITY PIONEER ECOMMERCE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our").
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons unless they are defective or not as described.
To request a return, you must contact vip@doventro.com and provide your order number, item details, and reason for return. Return requests submitted without prior approval may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
